The short version
- 14days to cancel from the day you receive your order, without giving a reason.
- 14days to refund you once we get the item back, or see proof you’ve sent it.
Your right to cancel
You have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of the day you receive it, without giving a reason.
This comes from the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. You can cancel from the moment you order. The 14 days end 14 days after the day you, or someone you’ve named, receive the item.
- Tell us before the 14 days run out. Email [email protected] with a clear statement that you’re cancelling. You can use the model form below, but you don’t have to.
- Send the item back within 14 days of telling us. Include everything that came in the box.
- We refund you within 14 days of getting the item back, or of seeing proof that you’ve sent it, whichever is sooner.
Model cancellation form
Fill this in and email it to us, or send it by post. You don’t have to use it: any clear statement that you’re cancelling is enough.

Refunds
We refund the price you paid, including the standard delivery charge if you paid one, to the payment method you used at checkout. We don’t charge a fee for refunds.
When we may reduce a refund
You can handle the item as you would in a shop to check what it is, its features and how it works. We may only reduce a refund to reflect any loss in value caused by handling it more than that. If we do, we’ll explain why.
If MBLEM has been fitted
MBLEM is fixed in place with an adhesive back and wired into the vehicle’s 12 V electrics. Fitting goes beyond the handling needed to check the item, so if you cancel after it’s been fitted, we may reduce your refund to reflect any loss in value. Please decide before fitting where you can.
This doesn’t affect your rights if the item is faulty.
Faulty items
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, what you buy must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If it isn’t:
| When | What you can ask for |
|---|---|
| Within 30 days of delivery | Reject the item for a full refund. |
| After 30 days | A repair or a replacement. If that doesn’t fix it, a price reduction or a refund. |
| Within 6 months of delivery | A fault is assumed to have been there when it arrived, unless we can show otherwise. |
| After 6 months | You may need to show the fault was there when it arrived. |
Email [email protected] with your order details and a photo or short video of the problem. If an item is faulty, we cover the cost of returning it.
Warranty
MBLEM comes with a 12-month warranty from us, in addition to your legal rights.
Your statutory rights always apply, whatever the warranty says.
Intended use and your rights
For show, exhibition, private-land and off-road use. Not approved by MBLEM for use on public roads in Great Britain. Confirming that at checkout doesn’t affect your right to cancel or your rights if something is faulty. Read product-use information
