Where we deliver

Worldwide shipping is included in £199.99 for destinations available at checkout. Delivery times vary by destination; local import duties or taxes may apply.

We accept orders from the USA, Canada, Australia, the United Kingdom, European countries and other destinations listed in checkout. Choose your shipping country before paying. If your destination is not listed, contact MBLEM support before ordering.

The product price is £199.99 GBP, including shipping. If your card or account uses another currency, your payment provider determines the exchange rate and any conversion fees. Import duties, local taxes and customs charges may be payable in your destination and are not part of the included shipping.

“Dispatched” means your order has left us. Delivery after that depends on the carrier service.

Carrier and tracking

Dispatch within 7 days means your order leaves us within that window; it is not a promise of delivery within 7 days. International transit times depend on the destination, carrier and customs clearance. We do not promise a fixed worldwide arrival date. Contact [email protected] for help with your delivery.

If your order is delayed

Unless we agree a different time with you, the Consumer Rights Act 2015 says we must deliver without undue delay, and no later than 30 days after your order. The delivery time that applies is the dispatch window shown before you pay, and we’ll email you if that changes.

If we miss the time that applies, you can give us a further reasonable deadline. If we miss that too, or if delivery on time was essential, you can cancel and get a full refund. And you can always cancel before your order is dispatched.

Damaged or missing deliveries

Your order is our responsibility until it’s delivered to you, or to someone you’ve asked us to deliver it to.

• If the parcel or the unit arrives damaged, please don’t fit it. Email [email protected] with your order details and photos of the packaging and the unit.
• If your order hasn’t arrived when you’d expect it to, email us and we’ll look into it with the carrier.
• We’ll arrange a replacement or a full refund, and your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 always apply.

Changing your mind

You can cancel within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. Everything you need, including the model cancellation form, is on our returns page.
